APPLICATION BY THE CHIEF ELECTED LOCAL OR STATE OFFICIAL, A) LOCAL
AND STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION ORDINANCES AND STATUTES, AND B)
LOCALLY DESIGNATED HISTORIC DISTRICTS. 36 CFR 67.8 AND .9 PROVIDE
THE STATE HISTORIC PRESERVATION OFFICERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW
AND COMMENT ON APPLICATIONS
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
