We have approved
continued use of Form 7000-2 and any associated recordkeeping and
reporting requirements for one year, in order to coordinate OMB
review of this reporting requirement with our review of Form
7000-1. Coordination of these recordkeeping and reporting
requirements are necessary because the agency tabulates and
analyzes this information along with information collected on
7000-1 to compute incidence and severity rates for accident, injury
and illness types.
