ON APRIL 1, 1990 THE CENSUS BUREAU WIL
CONDUCT THE 1990 DECENNIAL CENSUS. AS PART OF THE PRE-CENSUS
ACTIVITIES, THIS APOC RECONCILLIATION OPERATION WILL REQUIRE SOME
OF THE RESPONDENTS IN SELECTED SUBURBAN AND RURAL AREAS TO PROVIDE
INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR MAILING ADDRESS AND THE PHYSICAL LOCATION
OF THEIR HOUSING UNIT. THE PURPOSE OF THIS OPERATION IS TO VERIFY
AND UPDATE THE MAILING ADDRESS LIST COMPILED DURING AN EARLIER
PRELIST
