GOVERNMENT APPLICANTS FOR 2 FEDERAL FUNDING ASSISTANCE FOR
MAINTANCE, REPAIR AND AND SCHEDULE FOR EQUIPMENT TO BE INCLUDED IN
FUNDING REQUEST. THIS WILL PROVIDE SOURCE DATA FOR DETERMINING
BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR THIS PROGRAM. "EQUIPMENT INVENTORIES,
EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE
