Abstract: THE FORM AND SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION PROVIDE A CONCISE, STANDARDIZED SUMMARY FORM THAT FUNCTIONS AS A STATE APPLICATION FOR GRANT MONIES FROM THE HISTOR PRESERVATION FUND.
