AND A-110 (ATTACHMENT G) REQUIRES GRAN RECIPIENTS TO SUBMIT
FINANCIAL STATUS REPORTS TO THE GRANTOR AGENCY. THIS FORM IS USED
TO SATISFY THIS REQUIREMENT. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ALLOWS THAT
AGENCY TO MONITOR THE GRANTEE CASH FLOW AND THE EXPENDITURE OF
FEDERAL FUNDS.
