Abstract: THIS FORM IS DESIGNED TO COMPILE ALL THE INFORMATION NEEDED FOR THE IR AUTOMATED REGISTER SYSTEM ABOUT A TAX TECHNICIAN (TAX AUDITOR) APPLICA THAT ENABLES US TO EXPEDITE THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS. INFORMATION ON STANDARD FORM 171 IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR NARROWING THE SYSTEM'S SELECTION AND SORTING PROCESS TO APPROPRIATELY MEET THE APPLICANT'S PREFERENCE AND NEEDS.
