COMPREHENSIVE SMOKELESS TOBACCO HEALTH EDUCATION ACT REQUIRE
MANUFACTURERS OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS FOR ORAL USE TO SUBMIT PLANS TO
THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION THAT ENSURES COMPLIANCE WITH THE
ROTATION, DISPLAY, AND DISSEMINATION OF WARNING STATEMENTS IN
LABELING AND ADVERTISING FOR THESE PRODUCTS.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies

1320.8(b)(3).
