Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320 this information collection is approved for use by the Department of Interior until March 7, 1990. Future approval of this information collection shall be contingent upon the removal of questions 4, 5, 6 and 13 from the Application for Sioux Benefits which the Department has identified as either duplicative of information already in the possession of the department or without practical utility.
