OMB is unable to
grant HUD's program change burden reduction request at this time,
because the request submitted to OMB indicates on item 15 of the SF
83 that no revisions to the information collection request have
been made. If HUD would like OMB to reconsider the request for a
reduction in burden, it should indicate to OMB whether the SF 83 or
the "supporting statement" provides the correct information
regarding revisions to paperwork requirements, and should fully
justify the proposed reduction in burden.
