Abstract: FEMA COLLECTS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE AN APPLICANT'S ELIGIBILITY FOR SUPERFUND PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSE, COMPENSATION, AND LIABILITY ACT OF 1980. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO RESIDENTS BUSINESSES, AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES WHEN IT IS DETERMINED THAT SUCH ASSISTANCE IS REQUIRED AS A RESULT OF A HAZARDOUS MATERIALS RESPONSE
