Abstract: CONTRACTORS, AT THE COMPLETION OF A COST-TYPE CONTRACT WILL REPORT FIN COSTS INCURRED UNDER CONTRACTS, INCLUDING DIRECT LABOR, MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT, OTHER DIRECT CHARGES, SUBCONTRACTING, CONSULTANT FEES, INDIRECT COST AND FIXED FEE. THEY WILL SUBMIT A REPORT ONE TIME. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO RECONCILE THE CONTRACTOR'S COSTS INCURRED ON COST REIMBURSABLE CONTRACTS.
