Abstract: THE RETIRED SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (RSVP) ENDEAVORS TO MEET THE NEED AND INTEREST OF OLDER PERSONS AND TO RESPOND TO CHANGES IN THE NEEDS OF COMMUNITIES THROUGH NEW PROGRAMMING, SUCH AS THE FIGHT AGAINST SUBSTANCE ABUSE. ACTION IS SEEKING INFORMATION TO IMPROVE VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT IN DRUG AND ALCOHOL PREVENTION AND EDUCATION ACTIVITIES.
