PROJECTS NEED NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF THE ELECTRIC POWER CONSUMERS, NAMELY, HOUSEHOLDS, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL BUSINESSES, FARMING ENTERPRISES AND MUNICIPALITIES IN ORDER TO IDENTIFY AND ASSESS THE PARTICULAR CUSTOMER THE MONTHLY CHARGES FOR RECEIVING ELECTRIC POWER.
