TO CONSTRUCT A STATION. THE DATA IS USED BY FCC PERSONNEL TO
DETERMINE IF THE APPLICANT MEETS STATUTORY REQUIREMEN AND WHETHER
THE ADDITIONAL TIME SHOULD BE GRANTED AS REQUESTED BY THE
APPLICANT.
