Abstract: THE OPR PROVIDES ANA OFFICIALS WITH INFORMATION ON THE STAGES OF ACTIVITY ACHIEVED BY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE GRANTEES PURSUING LOCALLY-DETERMINED SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT. GRANTS MANAGEMENT REQUIRES (OMB CIRCULAR A-102, OHDS GRANTS ADMINISTRATION MANUAL) PERIODIC REPORTS. THE TRIBAL GOVERNMENT ALASKAN NATIVE VILLAGES, AND OTHER NATIVE AMERICAN ORGANIZATIONS, RECEIVING GRANTS HAVE SYSTEMATIC MEANS OF REVIEWING PROGRESS.
