Approved as amended by NSF's memoranda to OMB of 10/31/91 and 11/21/91 In addition, NSF shall meet the following conditions: -- NSF shall conclude pretesting activities on all future survey requests prior to submission for PRA review. -- Any proposal to collect additional data on TEP performance shall be presented as a new PRA clearance package. -- NSF shall provide its draft analysis plan for OMB review prior to implementation, as an addendum to this package. -- NSF shall devote sufficient resources to achieve a response rate of at least 80% for this survey. -- NSF shall analyze and report data based on respondent perceptions appropriately. Such data shall not be used to draw definitive conclusions that an outcome occurred, absent objective validating data -- The last sentence of the third paragraph in the cover letter shall divided into two sentences, deleting the comma and the word "and". In the first sentence, NSF shall insert "individual" before "responses". -- NSF shall revise the title of Q. 11, column c to read "Number of Teachers Since TEP". -- In Q. 19, the skip pattern for respondents not presently employed should be to Q. 21, not Q. 22 as indicated by NSF. -- NSF shall provide a final copy of the instrument, incorporating the changes, when available.
