OMB has approved
this information collection for one and a half years allow HUD to
get program experience with both the HOME program and the CHAS
requirement, and to finish a final HOME program rule. In its next
submission HUD shall address any public comments received on the
paperwork burden from the interim final rule. HUD should discuss
any paperwork burden overlap between the HOME program and the CHAS,
in particular the HOME program description requirements.
