Terms of Clearance: Approved through March 1995. The Customs Service responded to the terms of clearance dated December 5, 1990 that the Service is actively pursuing legislative changes needed to permit elimination of the curre requirement for a paper submission, along with electronic submissions. Use of the form is approved in recognition that: 1) a paper form will be required for those filers chosing to use it and 2) a paper copy still be required for all filers until current legislation is amended eliminate the paper form for electronic filers. You may omit printing the expiration date on this form.
