THE FAMILY EDUCATIONAL RIGHTS AND
PRIVACY ACT REQUIRES EACH SCHOOL DISTRICT AND POSTSECONDARY
INSTITUTION: (1) TO ADOPT A WRITTEN POLICY FOR IMPLEMENTING THE
LAW, (2) TO GIVE PARENTS AND STUDENTS ANNU NOTIFICATION OF THEIR
RIGHTS, AND (3) TO KEEP A RECORD OF PARTIES WHO HAVE HAD ACCESS TO
THE STUDENT'S RECORDS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
