Approved through January 1995, when DOL's revised Performance Manageme Review system will be approachingimplementation. The next submission of this collection shall report on how the Program and Budget Plan has been merged into the new PMR system. In addition, we note the followi conditions: -- DOL shall assess the feasiblity of automating submission of SESA corrective action plans, which are now planned to be automated only within DOL. The next submission for PRA clearance shall report on whether this automation has been implemented, and if not shall provide a justification as to why automation was not pursued. -- DOL shall only require an organizational chart, showing local unit unit and unit manager's name, if this chart has changed since the previous States submission. -- DOL shall revise the instructions for the Program Linkages narrativ to ask for reporting on potential long-term UI claimants and exhaustee rather than using the term dislocated worker, since the former phrase more precisely captures the population of interest. -- DOL shall include the State vocational education system in addition to the DOL programs listed regarding which programs UI links with, since the vocational education system may receive many UI claimants seeking to improve exisiting or develop new skills.
