Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved for one year under the following conditions: (1) EPA shall use the results of the compliance audit program (CAP) an other non-CAP submissions to identify categories of data which do not provide EPA with sufficient practical utility to justify the burden of submitting the data. If EPA identifies such categories of test data at any time within the next year, it shall immediately provide notice to the public of its intention to eliminate the requirements of such test data submissions. (2) EPA shall summarize its review of the practical utility and burden of required data submission in a report that shall be submitted to OMB at least ninety days before this ICR expires. (3) EPA shall submit a separate ICR for any notice, policy, or guidanc (including EPA policy on submission of environmental effects data) tha may increase the annual burden hours associated with TSCA 8(e) submissions.
