previous clearance through September 1993. OMB has received
numerous public comments with regard to the proposed rule that
underli this collection, which address the additional burden that
they would incur in providing information and keeping records. In
the preamble t the final rule, and the revised information
collection package, ED sha address these public comments, and
either revise the rule accordingly justify why the comments are not
valid. ED shall also consider commen regarding the usefuleness of
these data, which would not be maximized schools are not able to
report accurate data under the standards outlined in the NPRM.
