Abstract: TO ESTABLISH A COMPUTERIZED LISTING RECORD OF EACH MORTGAGEE'S PORTFOLIO IN ORDER TO CONTROL DISBURSEMENTS ON A CASE LEVEL. THIS WILL INSURE A MORE ACCURATE AND EFFICIENT MEANS IN DETERMINING PROPER RECERTIFICATIONS, CONTRACT AMOUNTS, SERVICERS, AND OTHER PERTINENT CRITERIAS, WHICH DETERMINES THE AMOUNT OF SUBSIDY PER CASE.
