The portion of
this collection no longer subject to the PRA pursuant t the "Dole
vs. Steelworkers" decision, regarding posting a notice about profit
sharing plan or trust, is removed from DOL's inventory. Howeve all
new and current employers must meet the legal requirement to keep
profit sharing plan or trust in writing. Accordingly, DOL's
contentio that this requirement does not pose additional burden is
not valid. T portion of this collection that involves
recordkeeping, distinct from the issue of posting these plans for
employees, is approved.
