Abstract: THE COMMODITY CREDIT CORPORATION (CCC) IS COLLECTING THE MINIMAL INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR CCC ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS TO PROPERLY RECORD AN CLASSIFY ASSESSMENTS RECEIVED FROM SUGAR PROCESSORS ACCORDING TO THE AGRICULTURAL ACT OF 1949, AS AMENDED BY THE OMNIBUS BUDGET RECONCILIATION ACT OF 1990. 7 CFR 1435 SETS FORTH THE SPECIFIC TERMS OF THE ASSESSMENT.
