Abstract: CIAP APPLIES TO HAS THAT OWN OR OPERATE FEWER THAN 250 DWELLING UNITS. THESE HAS ARE ELIGIBILITY TO APPLY AND COMPETE FOR CIAP FUNDS. HUD WI ANNOUNCE FUNDS IN A FEDERAL REGISTER NOFA. HAS WILL COMPLETE APPLICATION AND APPROPRIATE FORMS AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE HUD FIELD OFFICE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL.
