Abstract: NCUA INTENDS TO REVISE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND OPERATING PROCEDURES 'ACCOUNTS, DEPOSITS, NON-MEMBER, NON-MEMBER ACCOUNTS, NON-MEMBER DEALING WITH NON-MEMBER DEPOSITS AND/OR ACCOUNTS IN CERTAIN FEDERAL CREDIT UNIONS.
