survey instruments (including the addition or deletion questions)
or the respondent population, they must submit the changes for
review and approval by OMB. In this case, EPA should be prepared
answer questions concerning the burden, duplicativeness, and
practical utility of any substantive changes. OMB will document any
modifications to this ICR in the docket. OMB review of individual
survey instruments or other changes is expected t be prompt (less
than 10 working days) if the changes conform to the requirements of

WASTE GENERATION AND DISPOSAL BY HOUSEHOLDS. DATA ON HOUSEHOLD
WASTE MANAGEMENT WILL BE COLLECTED FROM A PROBABILITY-BASED SAMPLE
OF HOUSEHOLDS IN A COMMUNITY THAT HAS VOLUNTEERED TO HOST THE UNIT
PRICING DEMONSTRATION PROJECT AND ALREADY PLANS TO INTRODUCE SOME
TYPE OF UNIT PRICING PROGRAM. THESE DATA WILL
