THIS SURVEY WILL BE USED TO COLLECT
DATA ON THE EXTENT OF NON-CITY ADDRESSES AT THE COUNTY AND MCD
LEVEL AND PLANS FOR CONVERTING THESE ADDRESSES TO CITY STYLE. WE
WILL COLLECT THE INFORMATION FROM LOCAL OFFICIALS. THE CENSUS
BUREAU WILL USE THE DATA TO DETERMINE HOW TO HANDLE NON-CITY STYLE
ADDRESSES IN THE MASTER ADDRESS FILE (MAF).
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
