PROVIDES FOR BENEFIT ASSISTANCE TO "ANY INDIVIDUAL UNEMPLOYED AS A
RESULT OF A MAJOR DISASTER." THE FORM IN CHAPTERS III TO VII OF THE
DUA HANDBOOK ARE USED BY STATE AGENCIES WITH THE PROVISION OF THIS
BENEFIT ASSISTANCE.
