Abstract: THE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEBT COLLECTION ACTIVITIES IS TO OBTAIN IMMEDIATE REPAYMENT OR ARRIVE AT SATISFACTORY ARRANGEMENTS FOR FUTURE REPAYMENT DUE THE GOVERNMENT. REQUESTS FOR CHANGES IN LOAN TERMS, ETC., MUST BE JUSTIFIED. SBA FORM 770 IS A REPORT OF THE DEBTOR'S INCOME AND ASSETS, REAL AND PERSONAL, WHICH IS USED TO EVALUATE THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE INDIVIDUAL.
