MANDATE PBGC COLLECTION OF PREMIUMS FROM PBGC-INSURED PENSION
PLANS. 29 CFR PART 2610 REQUIRES THAT PLAN ADMINISTRATORS FILE PBGC
PREMIUM FORMS WITH THEIR PREMIUMS AND RETAIN COMPUTATION RECORDS.
THE FORMS IDENTIFY PAYERS AND LET PBGC VERIFY COMPUTATIONS AND
PERFORM AUDITS. THE RECORDS FACILITATE AUDITS.
