This information
collection request (ICR) applies to a notice of pro- posed
rulemaking (NPRM) that is currently ongoing. For this reason, in
accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1980 and 5 CFR 1320,
this request is approved for one hour through August 31, 1995. If,
and when, the rule is published as final, this ICR should be
updated and resubmitted. OIRA would be happy to work with DOI to
make sure that this occurs expeditiously.

PROCEDURE FOR ADJUDICATING THE VALIDITY OF REVISED STATUES (R.S.)
2477 RIGHTS-OF-WAY CLAIMS, FOCUSING ON ELEMENTS OF THE
RIGHTS-OF-WAY CONTEMPLATED IN THE STATUE: 1) CONSTRUCTION, (2) OF A
HIGHWAY, (3) OVER UNRESERVED PUBLIC LANDS.
