Abstract: SECTION 73.3525 REQUIRES THAT APPLICANTS FOR A BROADCAST STATION WHO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT TO PROCURE THE REMOVAL OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN APPLICATIONS PENDING BEFORE THE FCC FILE A JOINT REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT AND AN AFFIDAVIT. THE DATA IS USED BY FCC STAFF TO ASSUR AGREEMENT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 311 OF THE COMMUNICATIONS ACT OF 1934, AS AMENDED.
