provided by Medicare home health agencies. To accomplish this
objective, HCFA has committed to the amendment of existing Medicare
regulations governing home health agencies.

Home health agencies in participating
in Medicare are required to maintain this information in order to
show compliance with published health and safety.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
