Infant formula labeling and infant
formula quality control procedures are necessary to assure that
nutrient levels of infant formula are declared on the label and
meet the requirements of the Infant Formula Act. The regulations
affect infant manufacturers and consumers.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
