These voluntary customer surveys will be used to implement E.O. 12862. The affected public will include FEMA's customers at the State and local level and partners that provide services to our customers. We also plan to survey Federal Government officials, individual applicants, private, and not-for-profit organization employees. Collected data will be used to set service standards for these same customers.
