This OMB review
action corrects the documentation of the timely submission by the
Department of the Treasury and OMB approval of this information
collection through August 31, 1998. The materials filed with this
clearance action document: 1) the original request submitted on
5/26/95 for OMB review, OMB's clearance action of 8/16/95, an
erroneous "correction" dated 8/10/95 changing the expiration date
to 8/31/95, and the current review action entered as received
6/1/95 (6/1/95 entered because, due to revisions of the computer
program, the Reports Management System (RMS) will not accept
entries prior to 6/1/95) correcting expiration date. The error is
being corrected as of 12/08/95. However, we've used the original
action date of 08/16/95 because that is when the original approval
was given.
