Abstract: Section 1555 of the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act authorizes the Administrator of General Services to provide for use of Federal supply schedules upon request by a State, department or agency of a State , and any political subdivision of a State, including local government, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and the government of an Indian Tribe. The application will be submitted by entities requesting authorization to use schedules.
