Abstract: This voluntary customer satisfaction survey, as mandated by E.O. 12862 "Setting Customer Service Standards," will measure customer satisfaction with the Regional Delivery System (RDS) and establish a baseline for future surveys. The RDS is a system for issuing savings bonds from five centrally located sites.
