Abstract: This survey will be used to gather information on the activities, knowledge, and perceptions of teachers who will participate in the 1995 Goals 2000 Teacher Forum. The results will be used to design the 1995 Forum and the supportive services provided by ED after the Forum. The survey has been only slightly changed from the 1994-Pre-Forum Survey of Participants.
