CREDIT UNION BYLAWS PROVIDES FOR PERSONS APPLYING FOR CREDIT UNION
MEMBERSHIP TO COMPLETE AN APPLICATIO AND FOR THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS, EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OR MEMBERSHIP OFFICER TO ACT ON THE
APPLICATION. SECTION 113 OF THE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ACT REQUIRES
PROVIDING WRITTEN REASONS FOR ANY APPLICATION DISAPPROVED.

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
