estimates have been changed to zero because they appear to
duplicate the burden hours reported. If dollar costs in addition to
the burden hours on respondents are encountered, NCUA should submit
a correct within 60 days to OMB. This collection should continue to
be cleared under a separate OMB number at this time.

To ensure that federal credit unions
make safe and sound investments the rule requires that they
establish written investment policies and review them annually,
document details of the individual investments monthly, ensure
adequate broker/dealer selection criteria and record credit
decisions regarding deposits in certain financial
institutions.
