The cost burden
was changed to reflect the proper order of magnitude. This
collection will facilitate the FCC's development of a regulatory
process that will provide licensees of CMRS with greater
flexibility to provide services, particularly to fixed users.
However, the technical information required to be submitted as part
of the licensing process is being identified through the regulatory
process. Thus, the FCC has permission to continue this process but
must revise this collection to better define the filing
requirements as determined when the Report and Order on Docket WT
96-6 is issued. This collection is approved for one year only.
