Collection of information was sent to
200 stakeholders requesting comment on the summary of provisions
under consideration for OSHA's proposed Safety and Health Program
Standard. This is a new, voluntary collection that imposes no duty
to keep records or report. The purpose of the collection is to
elicit comments on OSHA's responsiveness and the document in
preparation for the upcoming OSHA stakeholder meetings.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
