Terms of Clearance: Approved for use through 08/98 under the condition that no later than 10/96 VA briefs OMB on the status of secondary school information technology and the future potential for reducing burden using such technology. The next submission for OMB review should include proposals for electronic submission. In addition, in this briefing VA should further explain its policy and underlying methodology for reimbursing schools for the cost of providing this information. Finally, VA must immediately incor- porate the disclosure statements mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. For the public record, VA must submit to OMB the revised form/instructions.
