Abstract: This form is completed by inspectors to record inspection finds of water and plumbing systems of manufactured home units proposed as security for guaranteed loans authorized by 38 U.S.C. 3710 and 3712. Information collected is used to determine acceptability of units for VA guaranteed financing as required by 38 U.S.C. 3712(h)(1).
