necessary to improve the quality, service, and availability of SBA
guaranty loans to small businesses. The objective of the survey is
to gather information regarding market coverage, customer service,
and SBA practices so the Agency can ajust its programs to better
fulfill the needs of its customers as directed by E.O. 12862, dated
09/11/93.
