Earth station and space station
applicants are required to submit information as specified by 47
CFR Part 25. This collection revises the necessary information and
eliminates the need for certain types of modification applications.
Distinctions between domestic and international U.S.-licensed
service providers are eliminated. Certain U.S.-licensed facilities
will require additional information submissions, most will require
less. A clarification is issued to distinguish between
U.S.-licensed and non-U.S.-licensed satellite facilities and
destination points.

1320.8(b)(3).
